வரங்களை அள்ளித்தரும் கரி வரதர்!

கரி வரதர் பெருமாள் கோவிலானது, கருவை, அர்த்தமண்டபம் மற்றும் முகமண்டபத்துடன் காணப்படுகிறது. முகப்பில் கருடனும், கருவறையில் தன் தொடையில் தாயாரை அமர்த்தியவாறு கரி வரதர் பெருமாள் காட்சியளிக்கிறார்.

கருவறையின் சுவர் பகுதியில் மேற்கு நோக்கி அமைந்த கோட்டத்தில், ஆதிசேஷன் மேல் அமர்ந்தவாறு பச்சைக்கல்லால் ஆன பெருமாள் “பரமபத நாதன்” திருக்கோலத்தில் காட்சி தருகிறார்.

The Karivarada Perumal Temple is with Sanctum sanctorum, Artha mandapam and Mukha mandapam and Karudalwar is at the front. At the north side of “Senji Kariya Manicka Perumal Temple,” a gorgeous and stylishly seated “Paramapatha Nathar” sculptured in green stone is found as the niche idol. The locals said Moolavar name is “Karivarada Perumal”. Since Thayar is on the laps of Moolavar, people tell him as “Lakshmi Narayanar”.
